Patrick Antinozzi

Hi, I'm Patrick. I build marketing systems for cleaning companies that are tired of renting leads.

I founded my first agency, RapidWebLaunch, in Toronto back in 2013. Thirteen years later, I've built websites and run SEO campaigns for businesses across 47 different industries in North America. 100’s of portfolio projects. 94% client retention.

I've worked with roofers, painters, dental practices, custom trailer manufacturers, site contractors, lawyers, restaurants, therapists, plumbers, and just about every other type of small business you can think of. That includes cleaning companies: I've built websites for commercial, residential, and window cleaning firms in Toronto, San Francisco and Penticton. The Cleaner SEO Company is where I focus all of it on residential and commercial cleaning.

Why cleaning companies?

Because cleaning is the best recurring-revenue business on Main Street, and most of the marketing sold to it treats every client like a one-time job.

A standard house clean runs about $146 to $202 on Thumbtack's national data. Book that client every two weeks and one quote request is worth $3,800 to $5,200 a year. An office contract runs $152 to $380 a visit, several visits a week, every month, for years.

That math is why lead marketplaces love cleaning companies. They sell you the first clean, over and over, and keep the client relationship for themselves. And it's why agencies can charge $2,000 a month for vague reports: a few good clients hide a lot of bad marketing.

I'm not interested in any of that. I want to do real work for real cleaning companies and get judged on the only metric that matters. Quote requests from people in your city who want a cleaner on a schedule.

How I work

One person does the work, and that person is me. No account manager passing your questions to a junior strategist. When you call, you get me. When you have a question, I answer it.
No long-term contracts. If I'm not earning my fee, you walk. No penalty, no awkward conversation about contract terms.
ROI math up front. Before you sign anything, I'll walk you through the real numbers: price per visit, visits per year, close rate, likely lead volume. If the math doesn't work for your business, I'll tell you.
Reporting that means something. Not "we got you 40 keywords on page 2." Calls, quote requests, booked cleans, and what Google and the AI tools say about you.

The personal stuff

I'm originally from Montreal. I founded my first company in Toronto. My wife is from Ecuador. We live in Mexico now.

I like hockey and craft beer.

I run this business from my iPad. I work fast. I respond quickly. I don't hide behind processes or paperwork or polished sales decks.

If that sounds like a way of working you'd actually enjoy, let's talk.
