Google Ads management
PPC for cleaning companies is a specialty, and doing it well requires dedicated account management and a completely different skill set than SEO. If you need PPC, we can recommend people who do it right. When we launch PPC as a service, you will be the first to know.
Social media

Flyers and door hangers

Do you charge per lead?
No. One flat price: $1,000 a month. Every call and quote request your website and Google listing bring in is yours, with no extra fee. We track them so you can see exactly what you are getting.
Why one flat price instead of pay-per-lead?
So you can budget for marketing like a van payment, with no surprise bill at the end of the month. And so we spend our time getting your phone to ring, not counting and billing your leads.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. Everything is month to month. We earn your business every 30 days. If we are not delivering, you should be able to walk away, so you can.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep everything. Your domain, your website, your content. All of it is yours. We hand off admin access and you can continue running the site yourself, hire another agency, or move it to another platform. No exit fees. No penalties. No hostage situations.
Are there setup fees?
No. The $1,000/month covers the initial site build and all ongoing work. Your first month is the same as your fiftieth month.
Do I pay anything before my site is live?
No. We build your new site first. Your first $1,000 payment happens the day it goes live, not a day before.
What does it cost all-in?
One flat $1,000 a month. No setup fee, no lead fees, and no add-ons for content, reporting or edits.
Do you offer a cheaper package for smaller cleaning companies?
No. We do not offer a "lite" tier because the work we do at $1,000/month is the minimum required to actually rank a cleaning company site. If you are a solo cleaner with no employees yet, we are probably not the right fit yet, and we will tell you that on the first call. One biweekly client at $180 a visit covers almost half the fee on their own, so the math works earlier than you might think.
